    Junior Legal Associate

    Job description

    • Maintain statutory records & file regulatory returns 
    • Draft, review & negotiate contracts 
    • Provide legal advisory & compliance support 
    • Manage litigation & liaise with external counsel 
    • Conduct legal research & assist in documentation 

    Requirements 

    • LL.B & B.L(qualified to practice law) 
    • 1-3 years of experience (corporate/finance law is a plus!) 
    • Strong research, writing & negotiation skills 
    • Understanding of corporate & pension laws 
    • Detail-oriented & great multitasker
