SCOPE OF WORK
As the Creative Designer, you’ll produce artwork and design concepts that visually depicts the brand’s promise, position, and message of internal and external brands and will be responsible for the development of the brands logo and brand identity manual which falls under the brand identity design.
JOB DESCRIPTION - DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Create aesthetically pleasing images that accompany written text.
Work with other creative team members to produce content
Create guidelines for how logos and other branding materials should be displayed and used
Help make design choices (e.g., fonts and colors) for all content the company uses.
Create everything from posters and billboards to packaging, logos and marketing materials
Use elements such as shapes, colors, typography, images and more to convey ideas to an audience.
Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
Good graphic design skills with a portfolio.
Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
A strong eye for visual composition.
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
