Junior Electrical Engineer NYSC PPA at Smarterise Integrated Solution

Responsibilities:

• Discuss existing or potential energy engineering projects and products with engineers, customers, and others. Be an integral part of of a problem-solving team using cutting edge innovation.
• Installation and maintenance of energy IoT devices from time to time.
• Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
• Direct and coordinate installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
• Perform detailed calculations to compute installation standards and specifications.
• Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
• Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications and layouts of electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to the required standards.
• Assist in providing our training material for our customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and related fields.
• Understanding and passion for electrical energy, power production and energy consumption, energy efficiency and the use of technology to solve energy and climate change matters.
• Understanding of electrical engineering principles, circuits, and systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug electrical systems.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using simulation and modeling tools for electrical systems.
