Sproutly is hiring a Junior Data Analyst to support its education research and credit impact tracking. You’ll work closely with the Senior Analyst to gather, clean, and analyze data on school operations, student progress, and family financial behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in field data collection and school-level research
Clean and prepare datasets on schools, fees, and student outcomes
Track and categorize private schools by income level and registration status
Support quarterly reporting and presentation of findings
Run simple dashboards and summary reports using Excel or BI tools
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in data analysis or research support
Proficiency in Excel and basic SQL; familiarity with Python/R is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
Interest in education, financial access, or development research
