Junior Consultant (Technical & Change Management Specialist) at Strivo Labs

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly driven Junior Consultant with strong technical capability and expertise in change management, leadership development, and organizational transformation.
• In this role, you will support strategy execution, deliver transformation projects, and provide analytical insight that drives meaningful business change across multiple industries.

What You’ll Do

• Support the design and implementation of organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
• Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness assessments to guide transformation programs.
• Develop leadership development frameworks, competency models, training plans, and capability-building structures.
• Design and support rollout of change interventions including communications, training, transition management, and performance enablement.
• Perform data-driven analysis to support recommendations, insights, and solution design.
• Build dashboards, project trackers, and reporting mechanisms using tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Notion, Airtable, and Miro.
• Translate complex data and observations into actionable strategies for clients.
• Participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder engagements.
• Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, reports, and project documentation.
• Support project management processes—tracking deliverables, risks, timelines, actions, and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify operational and process gaps, with recommendations for improvement.
• Contribute to the development of internal frameworks, methodologies, and intellectual property.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across transformation, digital, and operational projects.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years’ experience in management consulting, transformation, organizational development, or leadership development.
• Experience working in or with top-tier consulting firms (KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, EY, Accenture, etc.) is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in change management; Prosci or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience designing or delivering leadership development or capability-building programs.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, Miro, and project management systems.
• Proven experience supporting transformation, organizational design, or large-scale change projects.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• High adaptability, critical thinking, and ability to work in fast-paced and evolving environments.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in digital transformation, organizational redesign, or culture and leadership development.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments or consulting toolkits.
• Experience using productivity tools such as Notion, Asana, Jira, or PowerBI.
