Description
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team as well as independently
- Ability to stand for long hours
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Monitor the implementation of standards set for food and practices to ensure food safety
- Investigate product non-conformance to avoid repetitive incidents
- Ensure grooming, hygiene, safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen area
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess at least an OND qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.
