Role Description
- This is a full-time role for a Junior Chef (Breakfast Duty) at IBIC Holdings.
- The Junior Chef will be responsible for preparing breakfast meals, assisting with menu planning, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring food safety and quality standards.
- This is an on-site role located in Lagos.
Qualifications
- Culinary Arts skills, including food preparation and cooking techniques
- Experience in breakfast meal preparation
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and food safety guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Team player with good communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts and weekends
- Previous experience in a hospitality industry is a plus
