Role Description

• This is a full-time role for a Junior Chef (Breakfast Duty) at IBIC Holdings.
• The Junior Chef will be responsible for preparing breakfast meals, assisting with menu planning, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring food safety and quality standards.
• This is an on-site role located in Lagos.

Qualifications

• Culinary Arts skills, including food preparation and cooking techniques
• Experience in breakfast meal preparation
• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and food safety guidelines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Team player with good communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes
• Flexibility to work early morning shifts and weekends
• Previous experience in a hospitality industry is a plus
