• We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Entry-Level Architect/Technical Assistant to join our team in Abuja.
• This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about architecture and building design.
• The successful candidate will provide support to our architectural team, contributing to various projects and gaining hands-on experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Support the senior architects in drafting, modeling, and design development.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor project progress.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure designs align with client requirements and regulations.
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of architectural trends, building codes, and industry standards.
• Perform other technical and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Building Design, or a related field.
• Must be a recent graduate with completion of NYSC.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and take direction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for architecture and a willingness to learn and grow in a professional setting.
