Junior Architect at Suacasa

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Junior Architectto join our team. 
• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in quantity surveying and procurement within the construction industry. 
• This role is crucial for managing the procurement process and ensuring the delivery of projects within budget and timeline constraints.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of architectural designs and concepts under the guidance of senior architects.
• Create detailed architectural drawings and renderings using CAD software and other design tools.
• Participate in site visits and client meetings to gather design requirements and assess project progress.
• Conduct research on materials and construction methods to support design decisions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure that projects adhere to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Contribute to the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Assist in coordinating with engineers, planners, and other consultants to ensure a cohesive approach to the design.
• Stay updated on architectural trends, technologies, and regulations.

Measurable Feedback

• Success in the role will be assessed based on key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
• Timeliness and accuracy of project deliverables.
• Feedback from senior architects and team members on collaboration and design contributions.
• Quality of design proposals and presentations submitted for client review.
• Involvement in successful project completions within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognizedPRIVATE UNIVERSITY (preferred).
• Relevant certifications or coursework in sustainable design, urban planning or related fields are a plus.

Experience:

• Internships or 1 - 2 years of experience in architectural practice or related fields are preferred.
• Portfolio showcasing design projects and technical skills is required for review.

• Strong proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
