Support the running of architectural projects within the Practice and act as an independent project architect with support from senior staff.
Collaborate with the Project Architect/Manager in overseeing projects, starting from the conceptual design phase, progressing through design development and all relevant stages for obtaining statutory approvals, production information, specifications, and tendering processes.
Conduct on-site inspections of projects.
Take charge of medium-sized architectural projects and prepare construction documentation for such projects.
Demonstrate creative design skills while resolving medium-level architectural challenges.
Conduct site visits and supervise designated projects to ensure alignment with the intended design.
Qualifications
At least a Bachelor’s Degree (1st Class or 2nd Class) in Architecture.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position
Strong design skills. (Compulsory)
Excellent demonstrable understanding of building design and construction.
