Junior Architect at Elvaridah

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support the design and execution of various construction projects.
• The ideal candidate will work closely with senior architects and engineers to assist in creating functional, aesthetic, and sustainable architectural designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, plans, and drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with the architectural and engineering teams on project planning and development.
• Conduct site visits and assist in supervising project implementation to ensure design accuracy.
• Prepare and modify architectural documents, including layouts, presentations, and 3D visualizations.
• Research materials, construction techniques, and local building codes to ensure compliance.
• Maintain documentation, track project timelines, and support project reporting.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in architectural design or construction environments (internship or full-time).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; 3D modeling experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
