Junior Analyst at Trennco Power Limited

We are looking to hire a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst, working closely with the MD of the company. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the business functions of the company. The role will encompass: Technical, I.T and Administrative and Analytical support to the business. The ideal candidate will have a good technical and I.T background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical and IT support to the Managing Director, including data analysis, research, drafting of emails, and reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of technical documents, presentations, and reports.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate and manage technical projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
• Manage and organize documentation and databases.
• Facilitate communication between the Managing Director and various departments within the company.
• Assist in scheduling, meeting preparation, and other administrative tasks as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Installing and configuring computer systems.
• Resolving network issues.
• Identifying hardware and software solutions.
• Maintaining and updating technical documentation, licenses, etc.
• Troubleshooting technical issues.
• Testing any new technology/software systems.
• Regular update and backup of the website
• Collaborating with external vendors to ensure a smooth work process (Web designers, graphic designers, social media managers etc.)
• Safeguard and maintain all project documents and data to ensure project integrity is sustained.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a technical or analytical role, preferably in the Power sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
