    Junior Agronomist

    Key Responsibilities

    • ︎Undertake on-site visits to convince farmers to join the program
    • ︎Coordinate with senior and lead agronomist during the contractual phase with farmers
    • ︎On-boarding: Integrating farmers from the contract to the launch
    • ︎Support the implementation of practices before and during the planting season

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • ︎Agronomist degree with a focus on Agriculture
    • ︎2+ years in Agribusiness with first experience in implementation of regenerative practices
    • ︎Proven experience in successfully converting farmers to regenerative agricultural practices
    • ︎In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian agricultural landscape, main crops and regenerative practices applied
    • ︎ Language: Fluency in English & local languages is required (Hausa)*
