    Junior Administrative Staff

    Our client (A law firm) is looking to hire a Junior Administrative Staff who will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of an organization. The Administrative staff will provide essential support to various departments and teams by performing a wide range of tasks.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property value.
    • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the organization, including answering phone calls, responding
    • to emails, and managing correspondence.
    • Manage Clients request for properties either for sale or rent (exhaust internal options first, before resorting to estate agents
    • and affiliate marketers).
    • Scheduling and Coordination: Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings, conferences, and travel
    • arrangements for staff members.
    • Develop networks and cooperate with estate agents, affiliate marketers, digital marketers to drive sales.
    • Creating files, keeping an inventory and organizing books for Bargain books
    • Customer care service.
    • Support Team Projects: Collaborate with other team members to support special projects and initiatives. Provide assistance in research, data collection, and analysis as required.
    • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, ensuring privacy and security protocols are followed.
    • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve administrative issues and challenges, employing sound judgment and resourcefulness.

    Qualifications

    • 1-2 years of experience performing similar or inter-related tasks
    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in a related discipline
    • Law or Real Estate firm experience preferred
