As the Junior Accountant, you will support financial operations with a focus on invoicing, ensuring accurate billing, proper documentation, and timely financial reporting.
Responsibilities
Prepare and issue invoices accurately while ensuring proper documentation of transactions
Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments
Maintain financial records and support reconciliation of accounts
Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting documentation
Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and reporting standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 2–3 years experience in accounting roles with strong focus on invoicing
Professional certification such as ICAN or ATS is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
