Junior Accountant at LEAD Enterprise Support Company Limited

Job Objective/Summary: 

• The Junior Accountant's duties include posting daily transactions, updating financial statements, maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable, paying monthly payroll, and preparing financial reports.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Preparing account payables and receivables.
• Posting of daily transactions.
• Keeping financial records up to date.
• Ensure timely remittance of statutory obligations such as WHT TAX, VAT, Pension and PAYE.
• Resolving accounts in the general ledger.
• Ensure proper documentation of payment vouchers for tracking purposes.
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual audits.

Job Requirements: 

• HND/BSc. in Accounting.
• 0-1 year of relevant work experience.
