Junior Accountant

Job Objective/Summary:
- The Junior Accountant's duties include posting daily transactions, updating financial statements, maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable, paying monthly payroll, and preparing financial reports.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing account payables and receivables.
- Posting of daily transactions.
- Keeping financial records up to date.
- Ensure timely remittance of statutory obligations such as WHT TAX, VAT, Pension and PAYE.
- Resolving accounts in the general ledger.
- Ensure proper documentation of payment vouchers for tracking purposes.
- Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual audits.
Job Requirements:
- HND/BSc. in Accounting.
- 0-1 year of relevant work experience.
