Junior Accountant at Asphalt Unity Construction Limited

Job Description 

• Take financial records
• Review and upload incoming and outgoing invoices
• Cross checking and correcting inaccuracies in invoices
• Manage petty cash on site
• Contacting clients regarding transactions
• Perform duties assigned by the finance manager
• Track truck driver daily trip activity
• Monthly payroll preparation 
• Prepares petty cash expense report weekly
• Take daily attendance of staff
• Carryout any other duty assigned

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Banking and finance course or any other related field of study.
• At least 1 year experience in similar role
• Preferably male applicants

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or any related field 
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Experience with financial data entry and reconciliation of accounts.
• Ability to prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications 
• Experience with handling invoices, tracking expenses, and processing payments is desirable.
• Proactive Attitude/Smart: candidates should be able to anticipate needs and take initiative to support the site managers effectively.
• Good Time management skill.
