Junior Accountant

What You’ll Do:
- Track daily repayments, reconcile payments (POS, mobile money, transfers)
- Support collections and flag overdue accounts early
- Assist with credit performance reports and bookkeeping
- Work closely with the sales and ops teams to keep payment flows smooth
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in credit control or microfinance
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to learn
- Comfortable with numbers, structure, and customer conversations
- Bonus: knowledge of PAYGO or BNPL models
