The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting financial operations and ensuring the smooth execution of accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

Financial Record Keeping:

• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure they are classified correctly.

Invoice Processing:

• Generate and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Verify the accuracy of invoices and resolve any discrepancies.

Expense Management:

• Support the tracking and management of company expenses.
• Assist in reconciling accounts and preparing expense reports.

Bank Reconciliation:

• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Monitor and manage petty cash transactions.

Assist in Financial Reporting:

• Contribute to the preparation of financial reports for management.
• Assist in analyzing financial data and providing insights.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments to gather financial information.
• Provide support during internal and external audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Currently attending ICAN classes or similar professional accounting qualifications.
