Requirements:

• At least 5 years of proven experience as a journalist
• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or a related field
• Strong writing, reporting and investigative skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of media ethics and journalistic standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Pitch and develop original story ideas on local news, culture, politics, human-interest topics, etc.
• Conduct interviews and field research as needed
• Write and submit well-structured articles within deadlines
• Provide accurate and balanced reporting in line with editorial guidelines
• Collaborate with editors and respond to feedback promptly
