Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-performance Java applications.
• Lead and contribute to the architecture and development of scalable backend solutions using Spring Boot.
• Implement and optimize event-driven microservices with Kafka.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers on the team.
• Ensure high standards of code quality and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in Java development and microservices architecture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot for building scalable applications.
• Deep understanding of Java Framework Architecture (JFA).
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for building event-driven systems.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
