Janitor at Eric Kayser

A fast-growing hospitality company is seeking to hire Janitors to clean and maintain a healthy working environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean designated building areas both interior and exterior
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Follow all health and safety regulation
• Vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing restrooms, taking out trash and recycling
• Washing and cleaning windows and mirrors.

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Integrity and ability to work independently
• Proactive and proper attention to details
• Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace appropriately 
• Notify Line Managers of unsafe conditions
• Highly motivated and energetic personality
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to manage time efficiently 

QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum of SSCE 

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 1-year experience as a Janitor
