IT Training Executive at Mitiget Assurance and Technology Services Limited

Job Description

• Design and implement annual training calendar strategy
• Drive strategic partnerships to enhance content and delivery of training programs
• Present or facilitate training to end-users
• Perform technology training sessions for IT professionals
• Revise training presentations, programs, materials and schedules
• Develop a suitable mix of formal and informal development activities for end users
• Responsible for the set-up of the learning environment and resources
• Deliver training program in group and or online (e.g. e-learning and webinar) settings.
• Develop the e-learning platform

Qualification

• At least a first degree with at least 2:1 but possession of computer science, engineering, statistics, and sciences degree will be an advantage 
• High proficiency in computer, internet, MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel use
• Effective written and oral communication skills 
• Formal training qualification is desirable. Certififications will be added advantage. 

EXPERIENCE 

• Minimum of 3 years in a technical or IT training delivery role is essential 
• Worked in an IT training institute or centre
• Experience of designing, delivering and maintaining training materials is essential.
