IT Technician Assistant at Moore Advice Group

Job Description

• The Assistant will assist the ITTechnicianin the performance of a variety of duties. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills. Computer science or Networking experience preferred.
• Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues pertaining to desktop/laptop and application support.
• Performing routine maintenance on IT devices including software updates, imaging and light repairs
• Performingsystem upgrades on computers, laptops, printers etc
• Assistingin installations, integrations and configurations of systems
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Assist in ensuringthe high levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Work with the IT Technician in repairs and operating oflaser, CNC machines and others
• Maintains network infrastructure standards.
• Provides technical consultation, training and support to IT staff as designated by Director.
• General maintenance of all electronics appliance i.e. laptops, printer.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / OND qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.
