Role Overview

• The IT & Systems / Funnel Builder (GHL) is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing high-performing funnels, CRM systems, and automation workflows within Go High Level. This role plays a central part in ensuring efficient user journeys—from first engagement to ongoing communication and program participation.
• This position requires deep technical expertise in GHL, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to translate ministry initiatives into effective digital systems. The ideal candidate is both systems-driven and results-oriented, capable of executing complex builds in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize funnels within Go High Level for events, campaigns, e-courses, and ministry initiatives
• Develop landing pages, forms, and user journeys that drive engagement and conversions
• Set up and manage GHL CRM pipelines, contact segmentation, and lifecycle tracking
• Build and maintain automation workflows, including email, SMS, and trigger-based sequences
• Integrate Go High Level with third-party tools (payment processors, webinar platforms, email services, etc.)
• Monitor funnel performance, analytics, and user behavior to optimize results
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within GHL and connected systems
• Ensure data accuracy, system organization, and proper documentation
• Collaborate with media, marketing, and leadership teams to align funnels with ministry goals
• Support backend systems for digital products such as e-courses and online programs
• Stay up to date with GHL updates, features, and best practices

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in funnel building, CRM systems, or marketing automation
• Proven, hands-on expertise with Go High Level (GHL) is required
• Demonstrated experience building complete funnels, automation workflows, and CRM pipelines in GHL
• Strong understanding of digital marketing systems, user journeys, and conversion optimization
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and connecting multiple platforms
• Familiarity with landing page design, basic HTML/CSS (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in a ministry, nonprofit, or faith-based organization is highly preferred
• Personal alignment with the mission, values, and spiritual foundation of Bible Davids Ministries is essential
