Technical Support: (Online On-Site)

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Resolve technical problems via phone, email, or in-person.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates with the permission of your supervisor.

Help Desk: (ZohoDesk)

• Respond to and resolve help desk tickets as assigned to you from Lagos Office (HQ).
• Document and track issues using IT service management tools.
• Provide timely and effective communication to users.

Network and Security: (As Instructed by your Supervisor)

• Monitor network performance and security.
• Identify and mitigate potential security threats.
• Implement security patches and updates.

Collaboration:

• Work with IT team members to resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT alignment.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives.

Documentation and Reporting: (On Forti-Analyser)

• Maintain accurate records of IT issues and resolutions.
• Generate reports on IT performance and metrics

Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science or any related courses.
• 1-2 years of experience In similar role.
