As we continue to expand our technological capabilities, we are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to establish and develop our IT department.
The IT Support Specialist will play a crucial role in providing technical support, maintaining our IT infrastructure, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
IT Support Services: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. Assist in the setup, maintenance, and repair of IT equipment.
Software Management: Collaborate with developers to recommend and maintain software applications aligned with project requirements. Work with cross functional teams to define and implement new features, such as the Job Tracker system.
Network Administration: Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security. Conduct regular backups and oversee disaster recovery operations.
Website Management: Oversee the general management of the company website, ensuring it reflects current business needs and technological standards.
IT Business Support: Conduct IT needs analysis and recommend relevant tools that enhance core operations.
IT Project Planning and Execution: Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects to meet business objectives effectively.
Collaboration: Interface with external IT consultants as needed to support strategic initiatives and specialized projects.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT support, network administration, and software management.
Strong troubleshooting skills with a deep understanding of hardware and software components.
Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
