IT Support Officer

Requirements
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in both frontend and backend aspects of Microsoft teams.
- Strong skills in hardware repair, laptop specifications, and troubleshooting.
- Must be an expertise in server management and other storage-related tasks.
- Must be good with the use of both frontend and backend programming languages such as JavaScript and Python.
- Experience with server administration and managing storage repositories.
