IT Support Officer at TRANOS

This role will be responsible for providing efficient IT Support to all staff in line with the Company’ objectives.

Job Details

• Troubleshoot and resolve all issues related to operating systems and applications.
• Research and recommend innovative, and where possible, automated solutions for system administration tasks.
• Troubleshoot and manage system hardware, software, networks, and operating systems.
• Conduct daily/monthly system monitoring to verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, and Windows operating systems, ensuring system data is successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes, and/or disks.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the IT Administrator

Requirements

• B.Sc/HND in Computer science/Engineering
• Industry Knowledge
• Experience in Information Technology administration will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience
