IT Support Officer at LD&D Consulting

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Officer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of computer systems, internet connectivity, and CCTV operations within the organization.
• This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of our IT infrastructure and providing timely support when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems and hardware.
• Manage internet connectivity, ensuring stable and secure network access.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the CCTV system for optimal performance and security.
• Provide basic technical support and training to staff as needed.
• Ensure software updates, antivirus protection, and data backups are in place and functioning.
• Liaise with external service providers (internet, CCTV, etc.) when necessary.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation of repairs and replacements.
• Support other IT-related functions as assigned by management.

Requirements

• OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Solid understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Hands-on experience managing CCTV systems and internet infrastructure.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
