Job Description

• We are currently looking to hire an IT Systems Support to work in our office in Ikeja. You will be required to have the theoretical knowledge of IT Hardware & Networks, Windows Operating Systems plus the ability to learn fast + provide support to the IT team.

Responsibilities

• Installing & Configuring Windows 10 & 11 Operating System + applications
• Installing & Configuring Windows Server 2016 & 2019
• Configuring Windows Domain, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• Installing & Configuring Wireless Routers
• Installing & Configuring Network Printers
• Monitoring, Trouble Shooting and Fixing Laptops, Desktops
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Knowledge of hardware maintenance and Networking

Optional Skills:

• MS Exchange - Install, Configuring & Troubleshooting
• VMWare - Installing Virtual Machines
• MS Azure -Compute & Networking

Skills:

• Very good level of English Language - both written and spoken;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent Administrative and Organizational skills
• Ability to work with own Initiative
• Willingness to learn and develop;
• Team player and willingness to support colleagues;
