Job Summary

• As an IT Support Officer (Electrical Wiring), you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electrical wiring systems within our IT infrastructure.
• You will collaborate closely with our IT team to maintain and troubleshoot electrical connections, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain electrical wiring systems for IT equipment, including servers, switches, and other network devices. 
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs as needed to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical wiring to identify potential hazards or areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with IT technicians to ensure proper integration of electrical wiring with network infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to end-users regarding electrical connectivity issues.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of electrical wiring projects to support business initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to electrical wiring and IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in electrical wiring installation and maintenance, preferably in an IT environment.
• Strong understanding of electrical principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Electrical Technician) are a plus.
