IT Support at Ngcom Network Solutions Ltd

Essential functional areas of responsibility include:
1. Hardware Management

• Physical diagnosis and repair of companies PC.
• Active directory and domain controller management.

2. Cloud Management

• Digitizing Ngcom files for each department ( involves scanning and uploading images of physical documents to the Ngcomcloud google drive folders for each department).

3. Intranet Management

• Manage / train staff in handling intranet
• Manage user access to intranet.

4. Core Router Management

• Assist the NOC Department in managing and maintaining core routers on the Network.
• Back up core router configuration on cloud

5. Company’s Website Maintenance

• You are expected to update the organization's website with current industry trends.

6. I.T Security

• You will be responsible for monitoring network usage to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Active directory policies.
• Domain policies.

7. Project management

• Daily status report
• Sales client upkeep form
• Daily project report
• You are expected to map out fibre route plans
• You are expected to provide daily project updates
• You are expected to provide a comprehensive project timeline among many other things.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must have at least 3 years experience as IT Support.
• Applicants must have a degree in computer science. 
• Any relevant certification is an added advantage.
• Applicants must be hardworking and must have the ability to handle work pressure.
