Our client is a diversified holding company with a strong presence in the Manufacturing, FMCG, and Agriculture sectors. They operate across these industries, demonstrating their commitment to excellence and innovation in diverse markets. Due to expansion, they are looking for an IT Officer to join their Manufacturing Sector.

Job Responsibilities:

• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Resolving IT support requests from employees. Troubleshoot system and network problems,
• diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Setting up of new PC for a new employee during the onboarding process. Install, update, and
• configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications software
• Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
• Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the optimum benefit from them.
• Make sure that systems are not working slow – day-to-day monitoring.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks. Maintaining databases and ensuring system security
• Replace faulty system parts on your own as required.

Job Requirements:

• B.Sc. / HND in Computer Engineering Technology / Science.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of Windows server
• Proficient with Ms-Office packages
• Proficient with Windows OS
• Basic knowledge of Google AppSheet
• Proficient in network and server management and troubleshooting.
• Excellent configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches, and firewalls.
