    IT Support Engineer

    Job description

    • IT Infrastructure Management: Ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
    • System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of hardware and software.
    • Technology Support: Provide technical assistance and support to staff and clients.
    • Digital Solutions: Implement and manage digital platforms for loan management, customer engagement, and other business operations.
    • Data Management: Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and security.
    • Cybersecurity: Implement measures to protect against cyber threats.
    • Collaboration: Work with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions.
