Job Overview

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an IT Support and Data Management Specialist.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data systems, providing technical support for hardware and networking issues, and ensuring the organization’s IT infrastructure operates smoothly.
• This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards in data accuracy and IT functionality.

Key Responsibilities
Data Management:

• Maintain, organize, and update databases and data systems.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility.
• Generate reports and analyze data as required.

Hardware Support:

• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and recommend hardware upgrades when necessary.

Networking:

• Monitor and maintain the organization's network systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and wireless access points.
• Ensure optimal network performance and address connectivity issues.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in data management and IT support.
• Basic hardware troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
• Knowledge of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and network security.
• Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MS SQL, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA are an advantage.
• Experience with cloud-based systems and remote desktop applications.
