    IT Support & Admin Executive

    Requirements:

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT administration or technical support.
    • Basic to intermediate technical knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, ticketing systems, and antivirus/security tools.
    • Familiarity with IT frameworks and certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (added advantage).
    • Demonstrated ability to work tactically and proactively in resolving technical issues.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a user-focused approach.
    • Commitment to maintaining endpoint security and promoting user awareness.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
