    IT Specialist

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field' 3-5 years combined experience in IT support and systems administration.
    • ITIL certification preferred
    • Relevant technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) required
    • Experience with cloud services (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure)
    • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network administration
    • Experience with backup and disaster recovery systems
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
