Our client a leading provider of cutting-edge cloud services and IT solutions is looking to hire a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Manager to drive their sales efforts to new heights.
As an IT Sales Manager at you will be responsible for leading and growing our IT services sales team. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and align our solutions to help them achieve their business goals. Your ability to build and nurture relationships, combined with your technical acumen, will be essential in this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their IT and cloud service needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of IT sales professionals.
• Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record of success in IT sales, with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of cloud services and IT solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
