Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate project teams and stakeholders from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, charters, and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Conduct and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and process analysis.
• Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and work plans.
• Estimate project costs, manage budgets, and ensure financial accountability.
• Monitor project risks, mitigate challenges, and ensure compliance with project goals.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion while maintaining quality standards.
• Improve business processes by breaking them down into specific steps for better outcomes.
• Organize and manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprints, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure seamless project go-live and post-implementation customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with a minimum of 5 years of cognate experience in IT project management. 

Required Skills & Tools:

• Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, Xray, MS Visio/Lucidchart, Slack, SharePoint.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, MSTeams).
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Certifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Certified Agile Project Manager (IAPM)
• Professional in Project Management (PPM)
