Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Officer to manage, maintain, and improve our IT infrastructure and support the company’s technological operations across our offices in Lagos, Port Harcourt, and Asaba.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and training to staff.
• Manage data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for system upgrades and repairs.
• Ensure the security of systems, networks, and data in compliance with company policies.
• Support the integration and deployment of new technologies.

Requirements

• B.Sc/HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5 to 10years of proven experience in IT support, system administration, or network management.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), networking, and hardware maintenance.
• Experience with internet service technologies, routers, switches, and firewalls is an advantage.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and problem-solving.
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA, ITIL) will be an added advantage.
