Role Summary

• Provide comprehensive IT support including systems administration, network management, ERP support, and general office. IT services. Maintain IT infrastructure reliability across the Port Harcourt office and support connectivity for field-deployed personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure: servers, workstations, network equipment, and internet connectivity.
• Administer company network (LAN/WAN), firewalls, and cyber-security measures.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all staff (hardware, software, email, printers).
• Administer and support the company ERP system; train users and resolve issues.
• Manage data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.
• Procure, configure, and deploy IT equipment and software licenses.
• Maintain IT asset register, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Support remote/field staff with connectivity and communication tools.

Minimum Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Working knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall configuration).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Sage, Oracle, or similar) is required.
• Completion of NYSC (mandatory).

Added Advantage:

• Professional IT certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+, CCNA, MCSA/MCSE).
• Experience with CCTV, access control, and physical security systems.
• Knowledge of oil and gas industry IT compliance requirements.
• Linux server administration experience.
