IT Operations & Systems Manager at UR9 Group

• These is a full-time, on-site roles for professional with strong leadership ability, technical expertise, sound judgment, integrity and proven experience in their respective fields.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or any related field; a Master's Degree is an added advantage.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, Google Workspace or cybersecurity-related certifications are strong added advantages.
• Minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in IT operations, systems administration, network support, cybersecurity, infrastructure management and/or technology project management; preferably in a group, corporate or project-based environment.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical competence in IT operations, systems administration, network management, cybersecurity, cloud services, hardware/software support, data backup and business continuity planning across a multi-department organization.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, vendor management, documentation, reporting and > project coordination skills with the ability to manage IT support teams, external service providers and technology projects across UR9 Group.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, ERP/CRM systems, access control, IT asset management, troubleshooting procedures, system monitoring tools and internal technology policies that support efficient business operations.
