IT Operations Manager at Hayat Holding

• The IT Operations Manager will manage the operation of hardware and software infrastructure and help desk team with the help of HQ IT Team.
• The position ensures the firm’s IT systems are with minimal downtime occurs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and support all our servers and network devices.
• Monitor all our systems and network to ensure that there is minimal down time
• Install and implement new servers and make sure Global standards applied.
• Manage and follow backup systems for locations and follow IT teams to ensure backup system working without any failure.
• Audit active directory system and make sure all users, computers, groups, contact are created with the global standard.
• Manage audit of IT team in Locations to ensure all required security and critical updates are applied to all servers and clients.
• Ensure our IT assets are up-to-date physically with SAP System
• Follow up with IT team to ensure that antivirus software installed for all computers and all notifications checked on a daily basis.
• Receive and review reports of computer malfunction and maintenance to determine costs.
• Set disaster recovery plans for all our systems and services.
• Ensure end-user problems are solved in a timely effective manner to avoid delays.
• Manage telecom solutions utilizing the company WAN, such as VOIP, video conferencing.
• Manage and update IT infrastructure, hardware and software.
• Manage all software licenses and take the needed action for renewal.
• Manages subordinates in location and ensures that department objectives is applied.
