Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company IT systems, hardware, software, and networks.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues.
• Install and maintain computers, printers, routers, switches, and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, emails, access permissions, and data backups.
• Monitor internet connectivity, system performance, and IT security.
• Maintain IT asset records and software licenses.
• Implement IT policies, security measures, and best practices.
• Liaise with external IT vendors and support digital operations.

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Experience in a factory, manufacturing, or industrial environment is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 and Windows.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, data backup, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• IT certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, or ITIL are an advantage.
