IT Officer

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Obtains help by sounding alarms.
- Installing and configuring computer systems.
- Responding to IT support requests.
- Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
- Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
- Offering solutions that meet the needs of the staff.
- Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
- Tracking and managing work records.
- Compiling job reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- Have relevant qualifications - Minimum of B.Sc / HND qualification in Computer Science.
- At least 3 years of experience in relevant roles.
Expected Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage changes and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have team spirit.
