Job Summary

• Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist in maintaining and updating company websites and internal applications.
• Support web development projects using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
• Help manage cloud-based services and digital tools used across company departments.
• Assist in implementing IT policies, data backups, and security measures.
• Collaborate with the IT team to test, document, and deploy updates or new features.
• Participate in research and learning tasks to explore innovative technologies that can improve company operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or ongoing studies) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or web development.
• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and frameworks such as React or Next.js (a plus).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Good understanding of computer networks and system fundamentals.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, PHP, or similar) is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• High sense of responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail.
