IT Officer at Fadac Resources

Our client is a building digital infrastructure for cooperative finance in Nigeria. And due to expansion, they are currently in need of an IT Officer.

Job Resonsibilities:  

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web, mobile, and backend applications.
• Translate business and user requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions.
• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Develop reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, quality assurance personnel, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in project planning, sprint reviews, technical discussions, and solution architecture sessions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams when required.
• Analyze customer and business requirements to design software products that address operational and customer needs.
• Recommend improvements and new features based on user feedback and emerging technologies.
• Ensure software products meet performance, scalability, usability, and security standards.
• Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, network, and infrastructure issues.
• Investigate system failures and implement permanent solutions to minimize recurrence.
• Escalate complex technical issues where necessary and coordinate resolution.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Computer Science/IT
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of industrial experience in providing IT support.
• Communication & Organizational skills
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Must adapt self to dynamic profiles of users
• To give support to residents (company’s quarters) for internet connection on a regular basis.
