Role:

The IT Officer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our IT systems, providing technical support, and implementing technology solutions that align with the organization’s goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the organization\'s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Provide technical support to staff, ensuring quick resolution of IT-related issues.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect organizational data.
• Oversee website updates, online platforms, and digital tools to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with departments to identify and implement IT solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, software licenses, and system upgrades.
• Train staff on IT policies, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Atleast 2 years proven experience in IT support, system administration
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity protocols and data protection best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are an advantage.
