Key Responsibilities:

Network & System Management

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems, including servers, routers, firewalls, and other infrastructure components.
• Monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency and reliability.

User Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems as necessary.
• Create and maintain a knowledge base for end-users with guides and resources for self-service.

System Updates & Maintenance

• Conduct regular updates for software, hardware, and network systems to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
• Plan and coordinate scheduled maintenance to minimize disruption to operations.
• Manage IT assets and inventory, ensuring proper documentation of all IT resources.

Project Support

• Assist in IT-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
• Coordinate with vendors and external support teams as needed to facilitate project completion.

Documentation & Reporting

• Document all technical procedures, system configurations, and IT processes.
• Generate reports on IT system performance, incidents, and usage as required.
